Product features:

Each container is made of high-gloss stainless steel and comes with a so-called floating lid. The taps on the side allow for easy draining of the stored liquid. The acid-resistant material does not absorb the aroma of different wines, so they retain their flavor. The material of the tanks is AISI 304 corrosion-resistant, stainless steel alloy, mirror-polished inside, round-polished outside.

Instructions for use

• Wash with lukewarm soapy water and then rinse. After drying, the container is ready for use!


• After cleaning, fill the acid-proof container with the wine you want to store, then place the inner lid on it. 


• The gap between the edge of the barrel and the lid is filled with paraffin suitable for food hygiene purposes (the simplest is a plastic syringe). 


• The weight loss of the wine is monitored by the floating roof, and the paraffin oil ensures an airtight seal even in case of wine scale deposits.


• For a 100-liter container, approx. 1dl of paraffin is required. 

Cleaning

With warm or hot water, the formed wine scale is immediately dissolved by the hot water. Further cleaning / only if necessary! / with non-scratch detergents recommended.

Sulfuric acid solution or liquid sulfur must not be stored in the open state near the containers! We assume no responsibility or guarantee for any damages that may arise from this! Important: excessive sulfurization or chlorine-containing cleaning agents can damage the tank, causing increased corrosion!
