Harvest shears are indispensable tools in grape growing, which help to precisely and efficiently cut grape bunches. When designing these devices, comfort and functionality are at the center, allowing you to work for longer periods of time without straining your hands or wrists. The high-quality blades ensure clean cuts, which contribute to the health of the grapes and the production of high-quality wine.
Harvest shears are available in different types so that every grape grower can find the one that suits them best. Ergonomically designed handles and light weight make it easy to use, reducing fatigue during harvesting. The stainless steel blades are durable and resistant to corrosion, so they serve as a reliable tool in the long run.
Different types of harvesting shears
- Simple harvesting shears: They are ideal for small gardens or hobby vineyards, where use is not on a daily basis.
- Professional pruning shears: These tools are designed for intensive use and often have extra features such as replaceable blades or adjustable handles.
- Special harvesting shears: They have special functions such as an adjustable cutting angle or a built-in spring system, which further increase efficiency.
How to choose the right harvesting shears?
When choosing the right harvesting shears, it is important to consider the frequency of use and the size of the plantation. In the case of a larger vineyard, it is worth investing in professional or special harvesting shears, while for smaller gardens or hobby production, the simple version may be sufficient.
