Enol Matic filling machine with wine filling head

The ENOL MATIC filling machine offers an outstanding solution for bottling non-carbonated drinks, especially wines. Thanks to its vacuum technology, the liquid does not come into contact with the mechanical parts, thus ensuring clean and safe charging.

Main features

• Performance: 100-250 bottles/hour (for 0.75l bottles, when filling wine)
• Electrical demand: 220 V/50 Hz
• Liquid absorption: From a level difference of up to 4m
• Easy to clean: Simple cleaning makes maintenance easier

The automatic filling head offers an adjustable filling height, which makes it flexible to use for bottles of different sizes. The basic filling head is compatible with bottles with a glass neck diameter of 16-28 mm and a height of 250-330 mm.

Use and maintenance

The parts of the filling machine can be ordered based on the parts drawing, which makes it easier to obtain the necessary elements. Spare parts, such as the filling stem or vacuum tank seal, are particularly useful for safe operation.

The Enol Matic filling machine is the ideal choice for winemakers and beverage manufacturers looking for a reliable and efficient bottling solution. Due to its ergonomic design and easy handling, the device is extremely practical during everyday use.
