Filling machine SPAGNI 3-head half. With 10-frame filter machine, pump /RI 3 M 10 C/

The three-head design of the Spagni filling machine and its 10-frame 20x20 cm sheet filter enable precise and clean bottling. The machine works with a free-fall system in semi-automatic mode, which is an ideal choice for filling glass and PET bottles. The stainless steel construction ensures long life and reliability while being resistant to acidic environments.

The performance of the machine reaches 390 liters per hour, so it provides an efficient solution for bottling larger quantities of drinks. The height of the bottle is easy to adjust and the filling level is easily controlled via the filling stems. The built-in acid-resistant steel centrifugal pump further increases the reliability of the machine.

Areas of application

The Spagni filling machine is suitable for bottling many liquids, such as wines, beers, sweet and dry liqueurs (maximum 30% alcohol), as well as grape and fruit juices. In addition, it can also be used to fill herbal products, if the written permission of the manufacturer is available.

Operating conditions

The machine works optimally at temperatures between -10 °C and +60 °C. It is important to note that at low temperatures, the volume of certain liquids may change, which may lead to malfunction of the device. In all cases, the instructions for use and the manufacturer's recommendations must be followed in order to achieve maximum efficiency and service life.
