Tapsó Opti Red for red wines 1 kg

Fullness/roundness-enhancing, color-stabilizing nutrient made from yeast.
For blue grape mash (and red wines). Can be used in combination with tannins. The mannoproteins of Opti-RED have a color-preserving and color-stabilizing effect. It should be mixed in as soon as possible after crushing. In case of tannin deficiency, to achieve color stability, it should be added during mashing together with tannin preparations (e.g. Predtan SEEDS, Predtan VINIF, etc.). Prevents the tanning process. It has the effect of increasing the feeling of fullness and roundness!

Dose for wine: 20-30 g/hl.

Attention! Wine treatment materials require professional expertise. In any case, read the description of the treatment material(s) or ask an expert.
