Product features:
Each container is made of high-gloss stainless steel and comes with a so-called floating lid. The taps on the side allow for easy draining of the stored liquid. The acid-resistant material does not absorb the aroma of different wines, so they retain their flavor. The material of the tanks is AISI 304 corrosion-resistant stainless steel alloy, mirror-polished on the inside, circularly polished on the outside.
Accessories:

Instructions
- Wash with lukewarm soapy water wash and then rinse. After drying, the container is ready for use!
- After cleaning, fill the acid-proof container with the wine you want to store, then place the inner lid on it.
- The gap between the edge of the barrel and the lid is filled with paraffin suitable for food hygiene purposes (the simplest is a plastic syringe).
- The weight loss of the wine is followed by the floating roof, and the paraffin oil ensures an airtight seal even in the case of wine scale deposits.
- In the case of a 100-liter container, approx. 1dl of paraffin is required.
Cleaning
With warm or hot water, the formed tartar will be dissolved immediately by the hot water. Additional cleaning /only if necessary!/ non-scratch detergents is recommended.
