Product description
The Vinpur Special® casein-based bordering agent, famous for its gentle and selective clarifying effect. Vinpur Special® is an easy
mixable, macroporous casein mixture that improves the sensory properties (e.g.: color, clarity, aroma and taste correction),
but does not affect the analytical parameters of the wine. Thanks to the positive changes, the wine
shows its best properties after treatment.

The new winemaking technologies, e.g.: mechanical harvesting, screw presses, various presses, etc. polyphenols are added to the must in large quantities during processing. Once these compounds are transferred to the wine, it is difficult to remove them later, and in the case of long storage in bottles
they have a negative effect on the image of the wine. Such wines do not win the consumer's favor. Therefore, by using Vinpur Special®, errors of this nature can be eliminated. Due to the direct application, you can
work with Vinpur Special® hygienically, without prior solution.

When using Vinpur Special®, no additional filter aid is required. After settling, the treated wine can be easily
filtered, there is hardly any pressure difference during filtration, and the filtrate will be clean. During its use, the national
regulations must be taken into account. Product tested in a specialized laboratory for purity and quality.

Advantages of Vinpur Special
• Does not negatively affect the aroma and extract content of the wine.
• Binds the compounds that give the vinegar character, as long as the volatile acid content does not exceed the value specified in the wine law.
• Binds the compounds that cause increased SO2 demand compounds.
• The advantage is that it slightly binds the color of red wines.
• Binds polyphenols that are unpleasant from a sensory point of view.

Dosage and use
Its dosage is recommended in case of sensory harmonization, above all as a final clarification before bottling. 5-60 g / 100 l can be dosed depending on the purpose of the treatment and the amount determined in
preliminary experiments. In some cases, it may be necessary to dose a larger amount
, but in such cases there is no danger of overdosing. The amount of Vinpur Special®
determined by preliminary experiments is added directly to the wine to be treated - without prior preparation - with intensive mixing. Stir the entire amount for approx.
20-30 minutes so that the Vinpur Special® is well distributed. After a settling time of 2-3 hours, stir again and let it settle overnight. In the case of stabilizing clarification, add Vinpur Special® last. The effect of clarification can only
be felt after filtering.

Storage
Store in a cool place, free from foreign odors and moisture. Close the opened packaging airtight after use.
