Product description
The SensoVin® a highly soluble adsorbent that can be used to harmonize wines before bottling. SensoVin®
is composed of casein, PVPP and two types of silicate. Early bottling requires the wines to be prepared quickly and efficiently. With the use of
SensoVin®, the sensory harmonization of wines can be carried out and excellent sensory properties can be developed. During its use, the national
regulations must be taken into account. Product tested in a specialized laboratory for purity and quality.

Dosage and application
The application of SensoVin is simple and effective. It can be dispensed directly into the
container while stirring, without pre-swelling or mixing. In the case of harmonizing taste and smell, the dose is incorrect, or it is adapted to the quality and intensity of the disturbing tone. It is recommended to carry out trials to determine the
correct dosage amount. In other cases, the following guidelines apply:

Treatment goal Dosage
prevention 5 - 10 g/100 L
for light defects 5 - 10 g/100 L
for oxidized wines 10 - 40 g/100 L
for aged notes 20 - 50 g/100 L
pungent in the case of aroma notes 25 - 60 g/100 L
in the case of excessive color depth 20 - 60 g/100 L

No later than 2 days after the treatment, the wine must be removed from the clarification bottom, otherwise decomposition may occur in the clarification bottom.
