Features of Disakomplex

Disakomplex is a special acid-reducing agent used in winemaking to treat wines with a high acid content. During its application, the leaching that occurs as a side effect of acidification can be avoided, so the acid composition of the wines remains harmonious. Although the product is not suitable for reducing acetic acid, it helps to modify the pH value of the wine without affecting its juiciness.

Compilation

The components of Disakomplex include E 336 potassium tartrate (K IX), E 501 potassium bicarbonate (XIII-E) and calcium bicarbonate, which have a very weak static association with each other.

Application guide

Before use, mix the product intensively with the wine to be treated. During the procedure, expect intense gas evolution, which can cause foaming. It is therefore important that there is enough expansion space in the tank above the liquid level.

Dosage recommendation

During the dosing of Disakomplex, 90 g of the product reduces the total acidity by one thousandth per hectoliter, which corresponds to 100 g of tartaric acid.
