Product characteristics:

Viniflora CH35 is a freeze-dried culture of Oenococcus oeni suitable for direct inoculation.

It is a heterofermentative malolactic bacterium that has been carefully selected for the malolactic fermentation of rosé and white wines with a low pH value and a relatively high SO2 content. The product has good temperature and alcohol tolerance.

Due to its unique properties, it is particularly suitable for the fast and safe malolactic fermentation of white wines with unfavorable properties. The strain works very well in rosé and white wines, but can also be used successfully in red wines.
