Bentogran 0.5 kg

Product features

Bentogran 0.5 kg is an extremely easy-to-use bentonite granule that dissolves in water in a few minutes, thus eliminating dust formation and other inconveniences. After preparation, it can be used within 2 hours, compared to traditional bentonites, where this period can be 8-12 hours. The activity of this product makes it possible to use 50% less quantity compared to traditional bentonites, whether it be must or wine to be clarified. Bentogran can absorb a significant amount of water and swell with it, which emphasizes its excellent adsorbent and protein binding capacity. This is particularly beneficial when making white wines, where protein stabilization is an important aspect.
