Product features:
FleXlabeller is the fastest semi-automatic bottle labeler for factories, small producers and users who produce handicraft products! With the FleXlabeller PE-ET type device from the Italian manufacturer, you can quickly apply labels to almost all types of cylindrical products, such as various wine and champagne bottles, brandy and beer bottles, cans and pickles! It is designed to handle almost any cylindrical product between 50 mm and 120 mm. Before ordering the applicators, it is advisable to discuss the dimensions of the bottles you want to label with our colleagues. In the case of a special shape or size, we also ask for a photo and/or drawing for the implementation test!
- The fastest semi-automatic labeling machine, motor/sensor operation
- Helps to label cylindrical products produced in small and medium series
- Enables positional and accurate placement of roll labels
- Extremely easy to use and set up
- Operation: Electric
- Performance: 10-20 products/min
Principle of operation, construction:
From the label roll placed in the FleXlabeller PE-ET applicator, the tape is threaded along the tape guide rollers. After inserting the bottle, a push button is used to activate the labeling machine, which is operated by a motor and controlled by a sensor. The FleXlabeller semi-automatic bottle labeler sticks the self-adhesive label detached from the carrier tape to the bottle in the set position. The device is suitable for applying both front and back, square, round or oval labels. The products to be labeled are surrounded by rubberized rollers, so they are not damaged during gluing. The PE-ET labeling cover of the FleXlabeller is polyethylene (PE500), so it is resistant to various foods and drinks, as well as waterproof, so it is easy to clean, and its stainless steel structure is easy to maintain. beers Pálinkas and other spirit industry products from small quantities of production Canned foods, pickles Cosmetics in jars and bottles
