Metatartaric acid 100g

Product features:

High-impact stabilizer produced by esterification of fine tartaric acid. Treatment agent in granular form, perfectly soluble in water, forming a colorless, clear solution.
Metatartarico creates an optimal physico-chemical state in the wine and prevents the formation of tartar crystals for a long time. Its careful packaging allows you to keep the product's esterification value indefinitely in its original, unopened packaging.

Application:

It is used for the treatment of young wines, where, due to the short storage time of the wine, the stone stabilization process is not possible or would not be economical.

Dosage:

10 gr/hl

Usage

Dissolve the appropriate amount of agent for the wine in warm water, then add it to the wine to be treated. Its use is recommended before the final sterile filtration, preferably directly before bottling.
