This press is particularly effective for pressing whole bunches, destemmed and fermented grapes. It has manual or automatic filling options and you can choose between two automatic filling modes (staged and continuous). It has three pre-set press programs, as well as three customizable programs, each with five memory locations.

Program A "Classic": 6 separate operating phases with uniform membrane expansion.
Program C "Sparkling": 3 phases, with gradual diaphragm expansion, individual pressure settings.
Program B "Mix": Combination of "Classic" and "Sparkling" pressing methods.

Description

The membrane of the Zambelli press ensures gentle pressing, allowing the juice to be extracted from different grape varieties. The touch screen PLC unit and physical pressure gauges support automatic and manual operation. The must collection tank's float sensor prevents it from running dry, while the suction opening ensures accurate filling with a built-in pressure sensor.

Automatic filling can be done in two modes: "Intermittent", where the drum rotates alternately, and "Continuous", where the drum rotates continuously until it reaches its maximum capacity. The Italian-made press offers reliability and precision for all grape processing needs.
