Main Features:

FermoBent® PORE-TEC is an extremely fine granulated bentonite, which stands out for its low iron content and excellent efficiency in winemaking must treatment. It can be added directly to the must, so you can save time, as there is no need for swelling. The purity and quality of the authorized product is ensured by specialized laboratories.

Purpose of treatment:

FermoBent enables the early and permanent binding of proteins in the must, while effectively removing substances that inhibit fermentation. During dosing, it increases the internal surface of the must, which ensures uniform CO2 removal, helping optimal fermentation. Bentonite's low iron-releasing capacity preserves the quality of the wine, and the long contact time does not significantly increase the iron content.

Dosage and Application:

Usage: Can be dosed directly with intensive mixing or swelled in 5 times the amount of water.

Storage:

FermoBent has a strong adsorption effect, so it must be protected from foreign odors and moisture. Opened packages are resealed airtight to preserve quality. In case of improper storage, the warranty cannot be enforced.
