Seedling protection grid 6*110 cm

Product features:

• Width: 6 cm
• Height: 110 cm

The sapling protection grid provides ideal protection for young trees, especially in sunny but cold winter periods. In this case, the southern and southeastern sides of the tree bark heat up during the day and then suddenly cool down at the end of the day. Such temperature fluctuations can cause long-term cracks in the bark in the form of so-called frost bars, which endanger the health of the tree.

The white protective grid effectively reflects heat and light, thus reducing the stress caused by temperature on the tree trunks. It also provides protection for newly planted tree seedlings against rodents, especially rabbits.

The net contains a UV stabilizer, which ensures a long service life. Thanks to the flexible design, it can be fitted to the trunk of the tree with one movement and flexibly follows its growth in diameter, thus providing long-term protection without hindering the growth of the tree. The UV-stabilized material ensures that the protective grid maintains its effectiveness and appearance for years.
