Green: 3 L/ha (7 cc/min flow rate)

Orange: 5 L/ha (12 cc/min flow rate)

How significant is it that we can carry out weed control without water?

It is of enormous significance, as

- it saves time, as the interval between refills is reduced to practically seconds, without the
risk of incorrectly adjusting the dose

-it is gentle on the body; whether it’s a job lasting a few minutes or a full day’s spraying, the
work is made significantly easier physically if we can work with a sprayer weighing no more than 1.5 kg

-economical, with no unnecessary overuse of chemicals; thanks to the precisely calibrated motor, we apply exactly
the amount of chemical to the weed surface required for successful weed control

-fast; the machine has been designed to match a normal walking pace, which in practice is around 3.6 km/h. The area that
can be covered is easy to calculate: simply multiply 3.6 km by the elapsed time (3.6 km ×
hours), which means that 3,000 m² can be treated in just 45 minutes

- Environmentally friendly: no unnecessary chemicals are used, which has an extremely
beneficial effect on the microflora of our soils; after all, we must not forget that the use of herbicides unfortunately also depletes the beneficial
microflora in our soils

-gentle: it offers the luxury of having little or no contact with the chemical; there is
no risk of the
chemical running onto your back, neck or other parts of your body whilst mixing or spraying

-safe, as thanks to the large spray shield (35 cm) and controlled droplet size
, it can be used safely on any crop

-practical: it takes up little storage space and, with proper maintenance—which requires no specialist
skills—the machine can remain an excellent tool for a long time

-It is water-efficient, which is of immense importance for our planet’s water resources, as we are well aware that our water supplies are
running low; furthermore, by using the machine, we avoid situations where the water source is
located further away from the work site

Top tip:

Before purchasing, check that the chemical you use or intend to use is included in the list of approved substances.

Why is this important? If you use the machine with an unsuitable product, it may damage the seal and the warranty will become invalid.

Why can it only be used with glyphosate and salt-based active ingredients? This is because the motor is pre-calibrated for a specific density of liquid, which the grooved motor breaks down into a constant droplet size of 250 microns.

What happens if you use other agents (supplemented with additives)?

Due to the incorrect density, the opening and closing seals may start to malfunction, or the chemical may simply flow through because its density is not suitable for the motor’s rotational speed.

You can check here which products you can use with the machine.
