The Fajelző - Cold Tolerant General is particularly recommended for all grape varieties, as it is able to highlight the primary varietal characteristics characteristic of the given variety. It is also suitable for fermentation under difficult conditions, such as low temperatures or high SO2 levels. This type of yeast is fructophile and is also ideal for winters with a high degree of must and those stuck in fermentation.

• Alcohol tolerance: 16v/v%

Dosage

• General dosage: 20 – 30 g/hl
• In case of stalled fermentation: 30-40 g/hl

Application

Dissolve the yeast in ten times the amount of clean, hand-warm (35-38 °C) water, then stir until there are no lumps. After 15-20 minutes, when the yeast has risen, add it to the must or mash. It is important that the temperature difference between the yeast and the lot to be inoculated does not exceed 10°C.
