FermoBent PORE-TEC 20 kg /bag/ individual price (10431)

Product features

FemoBent® PORE-TEC is an extremely fine granular bentonite, which is optimal for must treatment due to its low iron content. During fermentation, bentonite can be added directly to the must, making application easier and saving time during the harvest. The product meets high purity and quality requirements, as confirmed by specialist laboratory tests.

Treatment purpose

This product enables the early and long-lasting binding of proteins already in the must, while also removing substances that inhibit fermentation. The use of bentonite promotes uniform CO2 removal, which is beneficial for the fermentation process. Due to its low iron-releasing capacity, it does not increase the iron content of the wine.

Benefits of PORE-TECnology

PORE-TECnology offers the following advantages:

• More intensive and selective protein and anti-fermentation binding.
• It can be easily dissolved and suspended.
• Can be administered directly.
• Fast reactivity and sedimentation at the end of fermentation.
• Especially low iron content.

Dosage and application

Dosage depends on variety and vintage, usually 100 - 200 g / 100l mustra. For musts with a higher pH value, a larger amount may be required. Before use, check whether the suspension is free of foreign odors and add it directly to the must with intensive mixing.

Storage guide

The product is sensitive to foreign odors and moisture due to its strong adsorption properties. Opened packages are sealed airtight to preserve their quality. In case of improper storage, the warranty cannot be applied to the product.
