Overview
The crate washing machine LM 250 is an ideal choice for those who are looking for an efficient and fast crate cleaning solution. The machine's adjustable rails allow you to wash boxes and compartments of different sizes. The electric crate pulling and conveying structure guarantees continuous operation, the speed of which can be controlled with a frequency converter depending on the degree of contamination. During washing, the system works with a water volume of 1200 l/min, which is delivered to the washing space by 64 nozzles.The temperature of the recirculated washing liquid can reach 80 °C, which is kept at a constant level by an integrated heating system. During the transfer, the through-flow flushing from the local water network ensures additional cleaning, removing detergent residues. The water used for rinsing goes into a separate collection tank and then drains from there.
