Product features:

It is used during the preparation of wine to prevent the formation and growth of potassium bitartrate crystals and thus prevent the formation of sediment in the bottle (wine sedimentation). Its effect lasts for 3-4 years, it reduces and in some cases renders unnecessary physical stabilization procedures, such as cold treatment and electrodialysis. This reduces costs and treatment time. The liquid solution can be used easily and immediately and does not require as careful preparation as in powder form.

The product has been developed for special winemaking purposes and meets the requirements of the international winemaking code.

Application:

Wine stone for white, red and rosé wines (potassium hydrogen tartrate).

Dosage:

100 mL/hL is the maximum permitted dosage in the EU.
100 mL/hL increases the sulfur dioxide level of wine by approximately 3 mg/L.
