Cardboard box transport b1 (1ka) complete PULP+outer

Product features:

The wine or champagne bottle trays based on recycled paper pulp raise the secondary packaging of these excellent Hungarian drinks to a new level. Molded trays give maximum protection to the bottles and offer an environmentally friendly and cost-effective solution. We offer highly efficient, "green" solutions for packaging 1 to 12 bottles of wine or champagne.

The advantages of paper pulp wine packaging:

• Paper pulp trays are made using a special process, using 100% recycled waste paper, without adding chemical additives. They are recyclable, biodegradable, so we are talking about a completely environmentally friendly and cheap solution.
• The trays are dimensionally accurate, Bordeaux and Burgundy, so wine and champagne bottles also fit perfectly. The paper is flexible, and due to the design, the glasses cannot be directly impacted, so they provide much more effective protection than the traditional corrugated cardboard solution.
• There is no need to assemble the packaging, unlike "flat-mounted" cardboard. We deliver ready-made, the trays and wines just need to be stacked on top of each other in the collection box.
• If you only need to wrap one bottle, there is a solution for that, but thanks to their design, the paper trays can be stacked. A lid is placed on top of the packaging, so it provides maximum protection against external influences as well as against bottles colliding. 3-6-9 or even 12 bottles can be delivered in one carton.
