Details

Characteristics of the product:

DISACOMPLEX is an acid-reducing product that can be used to avoid the so-called side effects of acid reduction. leaching, ki exchange. It is recommended for reducing the acidity of wines with a high acid content, but it is not suitable for reducing acetic acid (volatile). The acid composition of the treated wines remains harmonious, while their pH value changes, but their juiciness is not affected.

Composition:

E 336 potassium tartrate (K IX), E 501 potassium bicarbonate (XIII-E), calcium bicarbonate in a very weak static association.

Application:

The product is mixed directly with the wine to be treated with intensive mixing (circulation)!
During the treatment intensive gas evolution must be expected, which can cause foaming, so choose the container in such a way that there is an adequate expansion space above the liquid level!

Dosage:

90 g of DISACOMPLEX reduces the total acidity by one thousandth per hectoliter, which corresponds to 100 g of tartaric acid.

Storage:

in a cool, dry place.
