Cotter pin for 80-hole plug 100x70 mm

Product features:

The Kotyogó for the 80-hole cork was specially designed for barrel fermentation of white wines. The device should be placed in the place of the barrel akona, then water should be poured into it and the top should be put on it. This action allows the carbon dioxide produced in the barrel to escape freely, while preventing air from entering the tank, thus protecting the wine from oxidation.

The rattling of the kettle indicates the active stage of the fermentation process, alerting the winemaker to the production of carbon dioxide. This device is essential for professional wineries, as it ensures the preservation of wine quality during the fermentation process.

• Material: plastic

The rattle made of light, yet durable plastic ensures a long service life and reliable operation. Its compact size (100x70 mm) enables easy handling and quick adjustment on barrels. An ideal choice for both small-scale and large-scale winemaking operations. Recommended tool for all winemakers who value wine quality and undisturbed fermentation.
