Cotter pin for 120-hole plug 100x115mm

Product features:

The Kotyogó 120-hole cork has been specially designed for the fermentation of white wines in barrels with a size of 100x115mm. The cooter can simply be placed in place of the akona, then filled with water and closed with the top, it starts working. The device ensures that the carbon dioxide produced during fermentation can escape freely, but at the same time prevents air from entering the barrel, thus protecting the wine from oxidation and unwanted contamination.

• Material: plastic

Thanks to the plastic material, the cork is light and durable, so it can be used reliably in the long term. One of the biggest advantages of the device is that it allows you to accurately monitor the fermentation of the wine through the characteristic ticking sound, which warns of the formation of carbon dioxide.

This ticker is an indispensable tool for all those who want to produce quality wine, especially white wine lovers. Thanks to its special design, winemakers can be sure that their wines are fermented in the most suitable conditions, thus guaranteeing excellent quality.
