Filling machine SPAGNI 2-head half. bottle filler, with pump /RI 2 MEA/

Efficient and Versatile Charging Solution

The SPAGNI 2-head semi-automatic bottle filling machine is specially designed for wineries, for places where precision filling is essential. The device can handle up to 260 liters of liquid per hour, making it an ideal choice for small and medium-sized plants.

Main Features

• Pump: The machine is equipped with an Ebara JES M5 centrifugal pump, which is acid-resistant and provides reliable performance. Although it is not self-absorbing, a small amount of flow must be ensured for proper operation.
• Filling stem: Acid-resistant filling stems with a diameter of 14 mm ensure accurate and even filling. It can be adjusted to the height of the bottle with one movement, and the filling level can also be easily regulated.
• Versatile Use: Suitable for filling various liquids, such as wines, beers, liqueurs (max 30% alcohol), fruit juices and herbal products. It can also be used to fill PET bottles.

Operating Conditions

• Temperature range: The device works at temperatures between -10 °C and +60 °C. Due to the change in volume of certain liquids at low temperatures, it is worth paying attention to their use.
• Liquid level regulation: A built-in float regulates the liquid level in the tank, ensuring continuous and trouble-free operation.

Flexible Application

On request, the manufacturer can provide additional licenses for filling other products, so the machine can be used flexibly to meet different needs. Thanks to the precision filling and the robust design, the SPAGNI bottle filler provides a reliable and efficient solution in the wine industry.
