Filling machine SPAGNI 4-head half. bottle filler, with pump /RI 4 MEA/

Performance and Versatility

The SPAGNI 4-head semi-automatic bottle filling machine is an excellent choice for manufacturers looking for a fast and precise solution for filling tasks. The device can handle 520 liters of liquid per hour, which provides a significant capacity to meet everyday needs.

High Quality Components

The filling stems are made of acid-resistant material with a diameter of 14 mm, guaranteeing a long service life and hygienic operation. The Ebara JES M5 centrifugal pump, although not self-priming, provides reliable performance if a small amount of flow is provided to it.

Easy to Use

The machine can be adjusted to different bottle heights with one movement, and the filling levels can be easily adjusted on the filling stems. This gives users the ability to quickly and easily adapt to different production needs.

Wide Application Possibilities

The SPAGNI filling machine is suitable for filling wines, beers, liqueurs (with a maximum alcohol content of 30%), grape and fruit juices, including pet bottles. With the manufacturer's permission, the device can also be used to fill other liquids.

Operating Conditions

The device can be operated at temperatures between -10 °C and +60 °C, however, it may fail during operation due to the volume change of certain liquids at low temperatures. The system with a float ensures efficient control of the liquid level in the tank.

The SPAGNI 4-head semi-automatic bottle filler is an ideal choice for wineries and beverage producers who are looking for reliable, versatile and easy-to-use equipment for their daily operations.
