Product features:
Each container is made of high-gloss stainless steel and comes with a so-called floating lid. The taps on the side allow for easy draining of the stored liquid. The acid-resistant material does not absorb the aroma of different wines, so they retain their flavor. The material of the tanks is AISI 304 corrosion-resistant stainless steel alloy, mirror-polished on the inside, circularly polished on the outside.
Accessories:
- Welded legs
- 1/2" sampling pin
- 1/2" external thread, chrome tap
- Dust cover
- Silicone hose float cover set + inox pump
Instructions for use
- Wash with lukewarm soapy water and then rinse. After drying, the container is ready for use!
- After cleaning, fill the acid-proof container with the wine you want to store, then place the inner lid on it.
- Put the cover with the hose into the container together with the hose stretched over it! We fix it at a suitable height.
- The lid of the container is closed with a silicone hose so that the acid-proof pump is approx. Pump up to 1.6 bar. This way, the lid of the tank closes airtight, even after the liquid has been released!
- When liquid is released from the tank, the filling and emptying valve automatically lets air in.
- If we want to lift the lid, we release the air from the hose through the pump, and then the lid can be lifted.
Cleaning
Warm or with hot water, the formed tartar is immediately dissolved by the hot water. Additional cleaning /only if necessary!/ non-scratch detergents is recommended.
