Aroma protective nutrients made from yeast with a high glutathione content.

They bind the undesired simple volatile phenolic substances of the musts, thereby protecting and increasing the amount of primary aroma substances, and protecting the must and wine from harmful oxidation processes. We recommend it for white and rosé wine musts (can also be used for aromatic red wines independently of OPTI-RED or in combination with it). Mixing with must after must cleaning. They increase the aroma intensity and complexity of white and rosé wines, improve the fullness of the wine, contribute to better color and aroma stability (the tone of our wine is light, the aroma remains fresh and refreshing).

Opti-White is used for fresh, fresh, fruity white wines, and Optimum-White is recommended
