Product features:

All containers are made of high-gloss stainless steel. The taps on the side allow for easy draining of the stored liquid. The acid-resistant material does not absorb the aroma of different wines, so they retain their flavor. The material of the tanks is AISI 304 corrosion-resistant stainless steel alloy, mirror-polished on the inside, circularly polished on the outside. The location of the cooling jackets can be modified as required.

Instructions for use

Wash with lukewarm soapy water and then rinse. After drying, the container is ready for use!
After cleaning, the acid-resistant container is filled with the wine to be stored.
Unwanted oxygen is forced out of the container and then sealed.

Cleaning

With warm or hot water, the formed wine scale is dissolved immediately by the hot water. Additional cleaning /only if necessary!/ non-scratch detergents is recommended.

Important: excessive sulfurization or chlorine-containing cleaning agents can damage the tank, causing increased corrosion!
