Application tape Zambelli EL-I 25S

Application belt at the forefront of grape processing

The Zambelli EL-I 25S application belt is a key tool in modern grape processing, designed for efficiency and reliability. The machine is equipped with a mechanical variator, which enables precise control of the speed, so it can be easily adapted to any processing needs.

Robust construction, long service life

The conveyor belt is made of food-grade PVC, which ensures safe handling of the grapes. The hopper, chute and frame are entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which is weather and chemical resistant. This durable construction guarantees long-term use.

Easy handling and versatility

The hydraulic lift allows the belt to be easily adjusted to loading and unloading points of different heights. The width of the hopper in the S series is 39", and the width of the conveyor belt is 12", which ensures optimal volume management. The machine operates with a 220V, 3-phase motor, which provides excellent performance and reliability.
