Description

The membrane of the press provides soft and gentle pressing, which allows the extraction of juice from whole bunches of grapes, as well as from fermented or crushed grapes. The control panel is equipped with a touch-screen PLC unit that enables automatic operation, while the physical pressure gauge supports manual control.

The must collection tank has a float sensor that helps control the pump, preventing it from running dry. Thanks to its manual and automatic filling options, the drum flexibly adapts to the needs of the winery, thus ensuring efficient and economical operation. Italian production guarantees durability and reliability during every use.
