Customizable programs
PROGRAM A "CLASSIC" (Classic)
Each program is capable of 6 separate operating phases.
The diaphragm expands at a uniform rate until it reaches
the set pressure and is held for the set pressure time, then deflated (the compressor will re-inflate the diaphragm if the pressure falls below the set Delta).
Once the diaphragm has been deflated, the drum will perform a set number of clockwise and
counter-clockwise rotations. rotation and completes a complete work cycle.
The length of a single phase can be set for a specific period of time, or it can be set for several completed cycles.

PROGRAM C "SPARKLING" (Champagne)
Each program is capable of 3 separate operating phases.
The membrane expands gradually, with a maximum of 6 "steps" (steps) per work cycle.
Each step has its own customizable pressure, pressure time, and delta that must be set.
Once the last step is completed, the diaphragm is deflated and the drum completes a set number of clockwise and
counter-clockwise rotations, completing a full duty cycle.
The length of a single phase can be set for a specific duration or set for multiple completed cycles.

PROGRAM B "MIX" (Mixing)
The operating phases alternate between "classic" pressure (A) and "sparkling" pressing (C), with a maximum of 3 operating phases per program.

Description
With soft and gentle pressing of the membrane the pneumatic press is capable of extracting juice from
whole grape bunches, de-stemmed whole grapes, and fermented and/or crushed grapes.
Juice flows through internal perforated channels that exit through external drain holes.
The control panel also includes a touch-screen PLC unit for automatic operation, as well as
a physical pressure gauge and individual controls for each step of the pressing process for manual operation also.
The sliding must collection vessel is equipped with a float sensor to control the operator's pump
and prevent it from running dry.

The drum can be filled manually through the loading doors or automatically through the triple intake.
The intake contains a built-in pressure sensor that controls the operation of the must transfer pump,
allows accurate fill level and prevents overfilling.
Auto fill mode includes two fill options – “Intermittent” (intermittent)
in which the drum alternately rotates clockwise and counterclockwise
with set pauses between each rotation; and "Continuous" (continuous), in which the drum rotates continuously
until it is filled to 3/4 of its maximum capacity. The material can also be manually loaded into the press through the sliding doors.

The control unit is equipped with 3 pre-set pressing programs (normal, slow and fast), in which the pressure, pressure time,
adelta (permitted pressure drop before inflating the membrane to adjust the pressure)
drum rotation, phase time/cycles (number) are the operating work cycles performed within a phase) can be set.
All three programs contain 3-4 phases, each of which consists of 3-4 cycles.
PN-Zeta TOP also has three customizable program categories, each of which can store up to five separate press programs.
