Pump screw, hopper Zambelli PM22, 400V/50hz

Zambelli PM22 Screw Pump

The Zambelli PM22 screw pump is a high-tech solution for the wine industry. It is capable of transporting large quantities of liquid, must, mash, as well as whole berries and bunches of grapes, while maintaining their integrity.

High Quality Materials

The pump is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which guarantees durability and a long service life. The steel structure resists rust and corrosion, which is essential for equipment used in winemaking.

Practical Design

The built-in loading hopper and dosing auger help to efficiently move the fruit into the stator, where the spiral rotor ensures that the material is conveyed without a centrifugal effect. This solution allows the product to be delivered intact, preserving its quality.

Safe and Efficient Operation

The pump is also equipped with a level sensor that prevents dry running, thereby protecting the equipment from damage. The self-priming ability and the ability to run dry are additional advantages that increase the versatility of the pump.
