Carbofresh PRO INOX carbonic acid dosing device details

The Carbofresh PRO INOX carbonation device represents a technological innovation in the wine industry, which enables efficient and precise carbonation dosing for various wines. Capacity is 600-12,500 liters/hour, the maximum amount of carbonic acid that can be taken in is 11g/liter, which enables various production needs to be met.

Principle of operation: The device works with an injector system, where carbonic acid is introduced directly into the wine during the flow. It has a wide spectrum of injector types, ranging from 600 liters to 12,500 liters per hour, so it flexibly adapts to the changing capacities of wineries.

Material and design: The injectors, non-return valves and the injector housing, as well as the mixing and resting sections are all made of 1.4571 grade corrosion-resistant steel, ensuring long life and reliability. With its compact size of 30x14x10 cm and weight of 5.5 kg, the equipment can be easily integrated into existing systems.

Automated and user-friendly: The regulation is fully automatic, through a digital display, where you can simply select a setting that has already been saved. With the help of the CO2 volumetric flow meter, the amount of introduced carbonic acid can be easily controlled, which is especially useful in the last moments before bottling, when the maximum amount of CO2 that can be introduced is 1.8 g/liter.

This equipment is an ideal choice for all those who prioritize quality and precision in winemaking, while also wanting to take advantage of modern technology.
