Disacomplex 500g

Disacomplex 500g – The ideal solution for reducing acidity

Product features:

DISACOMPLEX 500g is a special acid-reducing agent developed specifically for the acid neutralisation of wines. Its outstanding feature is that it avoids the unpleasant side effects often associated with acid reduction, such as leaching. Whilst the wine’s pH value changes, the acid profile remains balanced and the wine’s natural flavour profile is preserved.

Composition:

The product’s ingredients include E 336 potassium tartrate, E 501 potassium bicarbonate and calcium bicarbonate, which work together harmoniously to achieve effective acidity reduction.

Application:

Disacomplex is simple and effective to use. It should be added directly to the wine to be treated whilst stirring vigorously. Be aware of the intense gas evolution, which may cause foaming; it is therefore important to ensure there is sufficient space in the tank for expansion.

Dosage:

90 g of Disacomplex can reduce total acidity by 1

Storage:

The product must be stored in a cool, dry place to maintain its effectiveness.
