VIN-O-FERM® PRIMEUR is a high-quality yeast specially developed for Rosé and young red wines. This product enriches the wine with intense, long-lasting notes of the "Primeurs style". With a high glycerin formation and a wide temperature range, it ensures reliable fermentation, which is especially important in winemaking. It is characterized by low foaming, so it is easy to handle.

The yeast highlights the primary flavors and aromas of the wine, while complementing them with tropical, forest fruit and floral notes.

• Short incubation time: Quick start for an efficient fermentation process.
• Low sulfite production: Minimal sulfur dioxide emissions, which is beneficial in preserving natural flavors.
• Regular fermentation: Reliable, uniform fermentation process.
• Low oleic acid production: Less than 0.15 g/l (H2SO4), which contributes to the clean taste of the wine.
• Fermentation temperature: between 8 and 30°C, allowing for flexible use.
• Weak foaming: Easy handling during the fermentation process.
• Sugar/alcohol conversion: 16.5 g/l sugar content results in 1 tf% alcohol.
• Alcohol tolerance: Maximum 13.3 tf% alcohol.
