B1-vitamin

Enovit regulates and activates the fermentation and re-fermentation of musts and wines by stimulating and activating the growth of yeasts. In other words, it results in the early start of fermentation and the fermentation cycle will be shorter. Enovit restores the optimal ammonium ion level with adequate vitamin and microelement intake in cases where, due to the nature of the variety, due to overripeness or gray mold infection, or in the case of clarified musts, a nutrient deficiency occurs.
