Product description
The SodiBent Supra natural sodium bentonite powder ground as finely as possible, which is mined from a particularly clean bentonite deposit
. SodiBent Supra can be used to clarify, reduce and stabilize protein content in wine, fruit juice and vinegar. Due to the excellent swelling capacity of SodiBent Supra, it flocculates with great intensity and its protein-binding effect is also excellent,
at the same time it also improves the filterability of the treated drink. Product authorized under Commission Regulation (EU) 934/2019 EC. When using
the national regulations must be taken into account. Product tested in a specialized laboratory for purity and quality.

Dosage
Dosage quantity must be determined by trial. Without testing, the following guideline values apply:
Product Concentration (g/100L)
Vinegar 50 - 200
Fruit juice 50-100
Wine 40 - 120

Before use, check that the suspension is free of foreign odors! Add SodiBent Supra slowly to 10-12 times
water with constant mixing. After a waiting time of 30 - 60 minutes, mix the suspension well again,
then let it swell for at least 6 hours. Finally, after another stirring, the bentonite suspension is added directly to the drink to be treated.

Storage
Due to their high adsorption capacity, bentonites tend to bind odors and water, so they must be protected from foreign odors and moisture. Opened packages must be resealed airtight. In case of improper storage and use, the
user is responsible.
