Trenolin® BouquetPLUS is a modern, depsidase-free enzyme specially developed for the release of aromas during winemaking processes. The special ß-glucosidase activity of this enzyme enables the release of aromas in mash, must, during alcoholic fermentation and in the final wine, even in the presence of sugar.
