Product information
Specifically the 20% acid-revealed, liquid edible gelatin developed for the treatment of beverages. It can be used for clarifying wine, fruit wine and other drinks. ErbiGel® Liquid can be administered without preparation, which significantly facilitates its use.
It is authorized according to Commission Regulation 934/2019/EU. National regulations must be checked by the user. Tested for purity and
quality.
In order to avoid turbidity caused by the protein remaining from the gelatin, the gelatin clarification must be
combined with Klar-Sol. This way it does not cause turbidity and a better cleaning effect is achieved.
