Product Information
The LiquiGel® Flot is a liquid gelatin specially developed for the flotation of must, which contains a large amount of high
molecular components. Due to its proteins of different molecular sizes and structures, LiquiGel® Flot has a large reactive surface
and enables the quick binding of polyphenols, thus ensuring immediate exfoliation. Especially in case of higher
polyphenol content and high botrytis glucan content, as well as high pectin content, the liquid LiquiGel® Flot results in dense foam
and effective cleansing. LiquiGel® Flot can be administered directly, its use does not require special preparation.
It is authorized according to Commission Regulation 934/2019/EU. National regulations must be checked by the user. Tested for purity and
quality.
