Product Information
Vitamon® CE balances the must's nitrogen, mineral and vitamin deficiency. Vitamon® CE is made from inactive yeast.
Vitamon® CE helps to replace the reduced inner surface during must cleaning. The yeast uses this to improve metabolic processes
and enables safe fermentation, thereby preventing fermentation from stopping.
This nutrient compensates for nutrient deficiencies in the must and provides a good basis for safe fermentation.
Authorized according to Commission Regulation 934/2019/EU. National regulations must be checked by the user. Checked for purity and
quality.
