Product Information
A KlarSol Super for clarifying milk-white, sour, special silicic acid wine, fruit juice, fruit wine and other drinks. KlarSol
Super precipitates the excess protein (protein-containing clarifying agents such as ErbiGel® Liquid, ErbiGel®, IsingClair-
Hausenpaste, VinoGel®) and settles with the turbid substances.
The flaking occurs between the negatively charged KlarSol Super silicic acid sol particles and the positively charged protein
particles. The polyphenol content of drinks does not play a significant role in flaking.
The quality of the primary particles results in the particularly high charging intensity of KlarSol Super (applied at the
pH of wines and fruit juices) and its special surface structure. This raises the quality of KlarSol Super above traditional 30% alkaline
silicic acid sols, especially for wines and fruit juices that contain a large amount of mucilage at a
low pH (e.g.: citrus juices). Therefore,
KlarSol Super must be shaken or mixed before use.
It is authorized according to Commission Regulation 934/2019/EU. National regulations must be checked by the user. Checked for purity and
quality.
