Product Information
The LittoFresh® Impact vegetable protein, active carbon and bentonite based must treatment material for white and rosé musts. It adsorbs phenolic compounds prone to oxidation that get into the must during
pressing and thus preserves the freshness of the musts. LittoFresh®
Impact is also able to bind compounds that obscure the aroma of wines and may later cause taste defects
. LittoFresh® Impact is used in the production of modern rosés to obtain fresh fruitiness and an attractive color.
LittoFresh® Impact can be perfectly integrated into the modern rosé concept if we do not want to use LittoFresh® Rosé because of the PVPP in it
. In the modern rosé concept, we use wine processing materials that have been specially developed for making
rosés. Trenolin® Rosé, LittoFresh® Impact and Oenoferm® Pink help to create a modern rosé style
characterized by pure fruitiness and pale color.
LittoFresh® Impact does not contain allergenic substances and can also be
used in the production of wine certified organic according to EU Regulation 203/2012.
According to Commission Regulation 934/2019/EU allowed. National regulations must be checked by the user. Checked for purity and
quality.
