Product Information
The LittoFresh® Liquid vegetable protein stabilized with Liquid SO2, which efficiently reacts with phenolic compounds. In white and rosé
musts, LittoFresh® Liquid binds oxidative brown tones and prevents aroma loss. According to practical
experience, its effectiveness is equivalent to treatment materials containing casein. When used in wine,
LittoFresh® Liquid cleans the aroma image and reduces green tones.
The protein used in LittoFresh® Liquid is a natural, non-allergenic product obtained during natural extraction.
Due to its excellent purity, it is sensorially neutral in relation to wine.
Approved according to Commission Regulation 934/2019/EU. National regulations must be checked by the user. Checked for purity and
quality.
