Product Information
The LittoFresh® Now is a powdered, casein-free must cleaning agent, based on vegetable protein, containing cellulose, PVPP and silicate.
Using LittoFresh® Now can prevent oxidation and the development of a bitter taste in white and rosé wines. It binds phenolic compounds prone to oxidation, thereby preserving the freshness and fruitiness of the wines. Unwanted flavors such as bitterness and
green flavors can be contained in unripe grapes, and unwanted aromas produced by microorganisms can also be reduced.
LittoFresh® Now is casein-free, so its use does not need to be indicated on the wine label.
It is authorized according to Commission Regulation 934/2019/EU. National regulations must be checked by the user. Checked for purity and
quality.
