Product Information
The LittoFresh® Origin vegetable protein, which flakes well and reacts effectively with phenolic compounds. In white and rosé musts
LittoFresh® Origin selectively binds oxidative yellow/brown tones and prevents the oxidation of aromas. According to practical
experience, its effectiveness is equivalent to treatment materials containing casein.
In the case of red wines, it harmonizes and improves the structure of the wines. In the case of white wines, the taste of the wines improves and eliminates green
notes.
The protein used for LittoFresh® Origin is produced in a gentle way, using natural extraction. Due to its excellent purity
it is sensorially neutral to wine. LittoFresh® Origin does not contain allergenic ingredients, its use is permitted in the production of organic wine according to EU Regulation No. 203/2012
. It is permitted according to Commission Regulation 934/2019/EU. National regulations must be checked by the user. Tested for purity and
quality.
