Product information

LittoFresh® Rosé is a vegetable protein-based, PVPP-combined treatment specially developed for rosé must cleaning. The
rosé character is best influenced by color intensity and aroma image. Phenolic components can easily oxidize and mask the delicate aromas of rosés. LittoFresh® Rosé contains highly reactive pea protein, which is able to bind easily oxidizable
phenols already in the must state, so that the attractive aroma and color of the rosé can be preserved. Possible bitter substances and green notes
can be tied and the fruity character of the rosés unfolds. LittoFresh® Rosé does not contain casein or other allergenic substances.
Must cleaning agent can also be used for vegan winemaking.
Approved according to Commission Regulation 934/2019/EU. National regulations must be checked by the user. Tested for purity and
quality.
