Product information

LittoFresh® Sense selectively binds the phenolic compounds responsible for the astringent and bitter taste. By binding the
components that mask the wine's aroma and taste, the wine's varietal character and fruitiness develop better. It selectively binds slight odor and
taste defects while preserving the wine's aroma.
LittoFresh® Sense consists of vegetable protein, bentonite and silicate and is easy to mix.
Approved according to Commission Regulation 934/2019/EU. National regulations must be checked by the user. Tested for purity and
quality.
LittoFresh® Sense is casein-free, so its use does not need to be indicated on the wine label.
The product can also be used to make vegan wines.
